Fees

Rental:

Seasonal rental : 25 % of the rent, VAT included

VAT at the rate legally in force is currently 20 %.
 

SaleS:

6 % of the sale price, VAT included

The fees are the responsibility of the seller unless otherwise stipulated in the mandate.

The fees are calculated on the sales price of the property.
